Title: Primary Care Physician

Location: Dallas and Ft. Worth, Texas Region

Role Description: Seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver value-based healthcare to Medicare patients at neighborhood centers. Focus on quality care with support from large care teams. New graduates welcome; potential for Center Medical Director role.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose patients
• Oversee primary care administration
• Prescribe medications
• Maintain electronic medical records
• Collaborate to meet health quality goals

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. Graduate
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine
• Active State License and DEA License
