RN Relief House Supervisor Full Time Days

Job Description

We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled care for adult patients in an Inpatient Rehabilitation setting. RNs will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patients recovering from injuries, strokes, and surgeries, customizing care plans to meet individual needs and goals. Building meaningful relationships with patients is essential as you help them regain independence and prepare for discharge.

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure as per state regulations
• CPR certification required; CRRN certification preferred
• One or more years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred
