Job Summary: The position involves providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising nursing assistants in compliance with state and federal standards.

Essential Job Functions:

• Supervise CNAs and ensure adherence to physician orders.
• Implement and evaluate resident care, including medication management.
• Assist with residents’ Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Maintain compliance with all relevant policies and standards.

Qualifications: Must be a licensed LPN or RN in Florida with at least one year of long-term care experience and CPR certification. The role requires coping with various environmental and emotional stresses.
