Join a non-profit focused on enriching the lives of children and families through trauma-informed care. The Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center provides skilled nursing for pediatric residents with various medical needs.
Shift: 2nd Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (30 or 36 hours/week)
RN, Clinical Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate nursing services.
Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
Provide leadership and direct care as needed.
Support staff development and education.
Address complaints and staffing needs.
Qualifications:
Current KY RN license; Associate or BSN degree.
2+ years of direct care (supervisory experience preferred).
CPR/BLS certification.
Strong clinical, supervisory, and communication skills.
