Job Description

We are seeking compassionate PRN LPNs to join our supportive, family-like environment, focusing on patient care in long-term care and rehabilitation settings.

• Qualifications: LPN Licensure, BLS Certification, preferred experience in Gerontology or Long-Term Care, Medication Administration Training, CPR Certification.
• Responsibilities: Administer medications, assess and dress wounds, conduct resident assessments, guide CNAs, and perform clinical procedures.
