Job Description

Position: Family Wellness Therapist

Focus: Utilize family preservation techniques and trauma-informed treatments to support children and youth in remaining with their families during safety concerns.

Location: Colorado Springs area

Salary: Starting at $57,000 for candidates (LPCC, SWC, MFTC), $60,000 for licensed professionals (LCSW, LPC, LMFT), and $62,000-$65,000 for bilingual candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Support caregivers in creating safe environments for children (0-18 years).
• Engage caregivers in treatment and connect them with necessary services.
• Collaborate with families to set treatment goals.
• Assist in keeping or reuniting children with their families.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• DORA registration for therapy (LPCC, MFTC, SWC, NLC).
