Job Description

Join a rapidly growing, locally owned hospice company in Richmond, VA, as a Hospice Baylor. This role involves intermittent case management for patients in their homes, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.

Schedule: Friday to Monday, 12-hour shifts (8am-9pm)

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Virginia
• Minimum one year of hospice experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
