Title: Primary Care Physician

Location: 1539 Lehigh St, Allentown, PA 18103

Salary: $215,000- $245,000 (varies by experience)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview: Seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver value-based healthcare to Medicare patients. Focus on quality care over service volume, supported by large care teams. New graduates welcome; potential for Center Medical Director role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose patients
  • Oversee primary care administration
  • Prescribe medications
  • Maintain electronic medical records
  • Collaborate to meet health quality goals

    • Qualifications:

  • M.D. or D.O. degree
  • Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine
  • Active state and DEA licenses
