We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to enhance their career in home health care. Full and part-time positions are available in the Bryan service area. Our supportive team offers resources for scheduling and documentation, allowing you to focus on patient care. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy in patients’ homes across Northwest Ohio, Greater Cleveland, and Southeast Michigan.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate daily with office staff to accept new patients
  • Complete paperwork and submit payroll
  • Maintain open communication with patients and health agencies
  • Facilitate communication with Physical Therapists
  • Complete daily visit notes and paperwork
  • Attend training meetings as needed

    • Job Requirements:

  • Current Physical Therapist Licensure in Ohio
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Ability to travel to patients’ homes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Home healthcare experience preferred
