We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first year. The LPN will provide quality nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and supervise CNAs, ensuring patients achieve optimal well-being in compliance with regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Graduated from an accredited LPN program
  • Active LPN/LVN license in good standing
  • Preferred one year of skilled nursing experience
  • CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
