Position Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers comprehensive nursing care in an acute care setting, ensuring safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care tailored to individual patient needs. Adheres to the Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.

Education & Certification: Requires RN license in the state of practice; BSN preferred. BLS certification is mandatory, with ACLS dependent on the unit.

Experience: Minimum one year of nursing experience required, or less if transitioning from a Newly Licensed RN Residency Program.

Essential Functions:

  • Conducts patient assessments and develops care plans.
  • Advocates for ethical and holistic patient care.
  • Facilitates learning for patients and healthcare teams.
  • Ensures safety and quality in nursing practices.
  • Engages in professional development and research.
  • Demonstrates leadership and collaboration within the care team.
  • Participates in educational program planning.

    • Other Duties:

  • Proficient in IT and electronic health records.
  • Works effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
  • Utilizes critical judgment in patient care.
  • Manages multiple responsibilities and urgent situations.

    • Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $37.50 – $53.06 per year
