Job Duties:

• Implement physician’s orders for medications and treatments.
• Assist in identifying patient learning needs.
• Report on patient care and address needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and infection prevention.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of inpatient hospital experience; rehabilitation preferred.
• Current state LPN license and CPR certification required.
