Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for multiple facilities in Atlantic Highlands, NJ, focusing on long-term care, short-term rehab, skilled nursing, and sub-acute care. The PT will provide high-level resident care, participate in an interdisciplinary team, and manage resources effectively.

Essential Duties:

• Direct and evaluate resident rehabilitation care, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Establish and manage treatment plans in coordination with staff.
• Participate in resident screenings and provide clinical feedback.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing records.
• Assist with marketing and participate in training programs.
• Travel to other facilities as needed.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current and active PT license in the state.
• Preferred experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
