Job Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at ThedaCare provides patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing delegated tasks and collecting patient data to assist in care planning.
• Collaborating with an interprofessional team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Demonstrating clinical expertise and cultural sensitivity in care delivery.
• Identifying improvements in patient care experiences and processes.
• Maintaining positive relationships with team members and managing risks effectively.

Qualifications include current Wisconsin LPN licensure and Basic Life Support certification. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle various work environment challenges.
