The Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA) Hospice position is a full-time role with hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and includes weekend on-call rotation. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, a 401k with match, paid time off, holidays, continuing education assistance, and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care (bathing, hygiene, etc.)
  • Assisting with patient safety and ambulation
  • Taking and recording vital signs
  • Documenting patient observations

    • Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, one year of relevant experience, and certification as a CNA in Michigan (training provided for those without certification).
