Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

A Residential Health Care Facility is seeking part-time and full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) for all shifts to join their team. The RNs will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care per state, federal, and facility guidelines
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Administering medications and providing wound care
• Delivering general nursing care in line with facility policies
• Addressing issues in patient care plans for review

Qualifications include a current Minnesota RN license, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, patients, and families. The facility values a caring environment that respects individuality and promotes dignity.
