This full-time position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a starting wage of $44/hour, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. The role involves organizing and directing physical therapy services in compliance with regulations and company policies, ensuring quality care and customer service. Candidates must be licensed Physical Therapists in Minnesota, CPR certified within six months, and possess a valid driver’s license. Key responsibilities include evaluating clients, developing treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and effective communication with clients and healthcare teams. The position reports to the Regional Clinical Manager.
