Med/Surg RN (Nights, Bonus Eligible)

Job Description

This position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus for a staff Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department, responsible for providing nursing care to patients with various illnesses. Key duties include triaging patients, communicating with ED providers, and responding to changes in patient conditions. The RN will assist with procedures, implement care plans, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current RN license in Missouri or eligibility as a graduate nurse.
• Knowledge of patient care across all life stages.
• Current BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC or PALS certifications (or obtain within 6 months).
• Self-motivated and able to work within established policies.

Physical/Mental Requirements:

• Ability to sit and stand for 12 hours.
• Use of standard office equipment.
• Work under pressure with high accuracy.
• Lift/carry up to 35 lbs.
