Job Description

The RN Wound Nurse plays a crucial role in the Nurse Management team, responsible for:

• Establishing care standards and procedures for effective wound management across clinical staff.
• Empowering staff to assess wounds and collaborate with physicians.
• Educating on skin integrity and wound healing protocols.
• Overseeing ulcer prevention and management programs, including tracking pressure ulcers.
• Identifying patient needs and communicating them to physicians.
• Providing wound care training for new staff and ongoing education.
• Participating in performance improvement activities.

Job Type: Full-time, Pay: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour, Benefits include health, dental, life insurance, and paid time off. Relocation to Valley Park, MO required.
