Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for multiple facilities in Parsippany TroyHills, NJ, focusing on long-term care, short-term rehab, skilled nursing, assisted living, and sub-acute care. The PT will provide high-level resident care, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while managing resources effectively.

Essential Duties:

• Direct and evaluate resident rehabilitation care.
• Coordinate treatment plans with staff and disciplines.
• Participate in resident screenings and provide clinical feedback.
• Ensure compliance with documentation and billing requirements.
• Assist in marketing and participate in training programs.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state.
• Preferred experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
