The associate veterinarian is essential in providing care for community animals, particularly those lacking accessible options. This full-time role involves delivering medical and surgical services primarily at the Oakland clinic, with some duties at shelter locations in Dublin and high-volume spay/neuter clinics. Responsibilities include performing surgeries, examining animals, maintaining medical records, and collaborating with a multi-doctor team. Candidates must have a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, a valid California Veterinary License, and at least two years of clinical experience. The position offers a salary of $140K – $180K, plus bonuses, and includes various benefits.
