The Registered Nurse II (RN II) in the Surgical Telemetry Step-Down unit is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation. Key duties include effective communication, teamwork, patient education, and leadership. The RN II must complete annual competencies and participate in departmental initiatives. Candidates should have an Associate’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) and a valid RN license, along with BLS certification. A minimum of 1,872 hours of RN experience is required.
