Clinician LMHP/LMHP-E – Emergency Services

Job Description

Position: Emergency Services Clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Resident)
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) with a 20% annual stipend
Location: Lynchburg, VA 24521
Compensation: Based on experience

Summary: The clinician will provide crisis intervention services, including information referral and pre-admission screenings for psychiatric and substance abuse treatment. Responsibilities include building relationships with community partners and providing consultation and education.

Requirements: Master’s degree in counseling; no experience required, but outpatient experience preferred. Must apply for clinical supervision and residency within 30 days of hire.

Skills: Knowledge of evidence-based practices, community mental health, and psychiatric treatments. Valid driver’s license required.
