Job Description

Position Summary: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides direct rehabilitation care to patients based on physician referrals, adhering to relevant laws and standards.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT).
• Current state registration/licensure, maintaining good standing.
• Preferred one year of experience in post-acute care.
• CPR certification required upon hire or during orientation.

Job Requirements:

• Participate in community health projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Collaborate with patients and families for care planning.
• Demonstrate good body mechanics and independent decision-making.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Essential Functions:

• Implement and modify treatment plans.
• Oversee care provided by support staff.
• Exhibit excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
