Clinician (LCSW/LPC)

Job Description

**Position Title:** Clinician (LCSW or LPC) in Outpatient Clinic

**Schedule:** Full-time (40 hours/week) or Part-time (16 hours/week). Remote work available for full-time after training.

**Salary:** $30,000 annually / $36.39 per hour, with a sign-on bonus of $3,000 – $5,000.

**Responsibilities:** Provide individual, group, and family therapy, conduct assessments, manage documentation, and participate in team meetings.

**Qualifications:** Must be a licensed LCSW or LPC in Connecticut with experience in therapy for severe mental illness and substance abuse. Bilingual preferred.

**Work Location:** In-person.
