Overview:
A $10k sign-on bonus is offered for a motivated individual to join a non-retail pharmacy focused on exceptional customer service for hospitals and specialized care centers. This role provides growth opportunities under the guidance of a licensed pharmacist in a closed-door pharmacy setting.
Schedule:
M-F 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness and make therapy recommendations.
Maintain patient databases and ensure necessary lab tests are ordered.
Collaborate with healthcare teams and document communications.
Implement drug safety policies and maintain required documentation.
Assist staff with drug procurement and disposal procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy; Pharm D preferred.
One year of long-term care experience.
Detail-oriented, goal-oriented team player with strong communication skills.
Salary Range: USD $135,200.00 – $141,440.00 / Year
