Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing care with the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and provide direct care to residents.
• Ensure physician orders are executed and documented.
• Guide nursing assistants and instruct on care techniques.
• May serve as Charge Nurse.

Requirements:

• Valid NYS LPN license.
• 1 year of Long Term Care or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work weekends/holidays.
