An exciting opportunity exists for a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to provide home-based therapy services in North Katy, Texas. This PRN position requires performing comprehensive evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with caregivers and other healthcare providers.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting Speech Therapy evaluations and implementing treatment plans.
Creating home exercise programs with caregivers.
Completing 6-8 patient visits weekly, specifically from 3:30-6:30pm.
Maintaining accurate patient documentation and meeting agency standards.
Requirements:
Active Texas Speech Language Pathology license.
Availability for afterschool visits.
Reliability and flexibility in prioritizing tasks.
Proficiency in workplace technology.
Preferred qualifications:
3+ years of pediatric experience.
Home-health experience and certifications in feeding therapy.
Bilingual in English/Spanish.
