Part Time Overnight LPN/RN

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time position, working three nights a week. The role involves delivering nursing care in a warm, home-like environment and being part of a supportive team dedicated to building community and relationships with residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, communicate, and document residents’ health status.
• Report significant changes in resident behavior and health.
• Supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants.
• Coordinate care with community providers.
• Prevent elder abuse and respond to emergencies.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with the elderly is highly desirable.
