Delegated Medication Aide (CNA or HCA) – Per Diem

Job Description

We are seeking licensed Delegated Medication Aides (CNA or HCA) for a new assisted living facility in Dayton, WA. Our caregivers enhance residents’ quality of life across four cottages, each accommodating up to 11 residents.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Home Care Aides: $20.00 – $24.10/hour
• CNA: $21.00 – $25.10/hour
• Shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends
• Sign-on bonus available
• Per diem shifts: Days (5:30am – 6pm), Nights (5:30pm – 6am)

Responsibilities include providing total care, observing residents, assisting with medication administration, and mentoring new caregivers. Candidates must hold a CNA or HCA license and relevant certifications.
