We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for multiple facilities in Livingston, NJ, focusing on long-term care, short-term rehab, skilled nursing, assisted living, and sub-acute care. The PT will provide high-level resident care, participate in an interdisciplinary team, and manage resources effectively.
Essential Duties:
Direct and evaluate resident rehabilitation care, ensuring compliance with standards.
Establish and manage treatment plans in coordination with staff.
Participate in resident screenings and provide clinical feedback.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing records.
Assist with marketing and participate in training programs.
Travel to other facilities as needed.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
Active Physical Therapist license in the state.
Preferred experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
