Treatment/Wound Care Nurse (RN/LVN)

Job Description

We are seeking a Treatment/Wound Care Nurse (RN/LVN) at Golden San Andreas Care Center, responsible for managing residents’ wound care and supervising nursing care.

Essential Functions:

• Assess and treat residents’ wound care needs
• Supervise nursing care and comply with regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare team members
• Provide backup to the Director of Nursing
• Communicate changes in resident status

Requirements:

• Current LVN or RN license
• 1 year of experience in wound care
• Training in rehabilitative nursing practices
• Wound Care Certification preferred
