Licensed Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide therapy to special needs children aged 2 years, 9 months to 5 years and those aged 5 to 21. Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and providing therapy services to children with developmental disabilities
• Maintaining up-to-date records and documentation
• Conducting assessments and participating in team meetings
• Administering services per IEP mandates and preparing/updating IEPs

Qualifications include a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, 2-3 years of pediatric experience preferred, and NYS licensure. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $70,000 – $80,000 per year.
