**$15,000 Sign-On Bonus Eligible** for external candidates with 1+ year of RN experience. The Charles and Virginia Hickman Hospital is establishing a wellness destination in Lenawee County, featuring 58 acute care beds and an organic farm. The role involves providing age-appropriate nursing care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining patient confidentiality. Candidates must hold a current Michigan RN license, BCLS certification, and obtain ACLS within a year for CCU staff. Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and adaptability are essential.
