Job Summary:
The Nurse provides independent, routine, and complex care in a clinical setting, demonstrating awareness of various situations. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process for patient care, addressing complex needs, administering treatments, and documenting care. The role requires critical thinking, effective communication, and adherence to safety practices.

Core Competencies:

  • Utilizes the nursing process for patient assessment and care planning.
  • Facilitates patient flow and discharge processes.
  • Manages nursing unit operations and staffing needs.
  • Ensures compliance with safety and quality care regulations.

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
  • 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
  • Current RN license and BLS certification required.
  • Shift: 7PM – 7AM, Full Time.
