Job Description

Position Summary: Provides behavioral health clinical services in various settings, including hospitals and outpatient offices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling.
• Provisional license in New Mexico (LMSW or LMHC).
• Completion of specific courses within designated timeframes.

Skills:

• Independent and team-oriented work.
• Strong communication and assessment skills.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention and case management.
• Ability to lead therapeutic groups and formulate treatment plans.

Experience: Preferred experience in a human services agency.

Environment: Exposure to infectious diseases; requires physical and emotional resilience.
