Job Summary:
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing and personal care to residents, supervise nursing assistants, and ensure the health and safety of all residents.
Essential Duties:
Monitor residents conditions and assess their needs.
Prepare and administer medications as prescribed.
Perform routine charting and documentation.
Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Qualifications:
Nursing degree from an accredited program.
Current RN or LPN license in Illinois.
