> REF:#6fc086829a143030The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a certified instructor in behavior analysis who works under the supervision of an RBT Supervisor/BCBA. RBTs engage directly with learners, documenting observations and collaborating with team members to implement ABA-based programs.
GENERAL DUTIES
– Collect and summarize data on client behavior.
– Implement behavioral programs as designed by the BCBA.
– Communicate client progress to parents and caregivers.
– Assist in activities across various settings.
– Collaborate with team members and attend meetings.
– Follow a weekly schedule and travel to multiple sites.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
– Willingness to complete the CLM Course of Study.
– Experience with developmentally delayed individuals.
– Ability to work independently and accept feedback.
– Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
– Current RBT certification from the BACB.
– Experience with children and/or adults in various settings.
– High school diploma or equivalent.
