Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Description

We are seeking part-time and full-time Physical Therapists (PT) to provide home and community-based therapy for pediatric patients with various disabilities. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing interventions to enhance physical, cognitive, and social/emotional functioning.
• Educating and empowering families to integrate therapy into daily routines.
• Documenting care in an electronic medical record system.

Pay Range: $65-$85 per visit
