> REF:#6f24336c7ebeb733The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for executing the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation, while ensuring patient and family satisfaction. Key duties involve effective communication, teamwork, and leadership, as well as directing patient education and safety initiatives. RNs must complete annual competencies and may be assigned to various locations within the health system based on departmental needs.
Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Healthcare/Medical Case Management or Home Health preferred.
Certifications: RN License and BLS Certification required.
