Job Description

The role involves providing direct clinical supervision to uphold clinical standards and ensure the effective operation of nursing units during a designated shift.

Education: BSN required (or to be obtained by December 31, 2019).

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in healthcare nursing, with specific RN experience criteria outlined.

Certifications: RN Nursing License and BLS Certification required; national certification preferred.

Qualifications: Strong decision-making, nursing process competency, mentoring, and leadership skills are essential.
