Job Description

We are seeking RNs with OASIS experience for a home health care provider in Medford, Oregon. This 13-week contract offers weekly pay between $2,540 and $2,726, with nurses compensated hourly. Responsibilities include managing a designated territory and achieving an average of 30 productivity units weekly. Candidates must have prior OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits experience, electronic charting skills, and at least one year of recent home health nursing experience.
