Requirements:

• LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LAMFT, or LMSW with a Master’s degree
• Knowledge of community health center procedures
• Computer skills for client management
• Pass a background check

Duties:

• Provide direct therapeutic services

• Attend relevant meetings
• Complete service notes within 48 hours
