We are seeking a Full-Time Primary Care LPN to join our team in Windsor Heights, IA, working Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm, with no holiday, weekend, or on-call shifts. The role involves collaborating with the Primary Care Team to meet participant needs and providing ancillary healthcare services. Candidates must have a current LPN license, one year of nursing experience, and experience with the elderly population.
