Nursing Assistant (CNA/NAR)

Job Description

This position offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus and competitive wages between $22.35 – $24.20 per hour, with additional shift differentials for evenings and nights. We are looking for a Nursing Assistant/Registered (CNA/NAR) to provide hands-on care for residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Lake City, MN. The role involves assisting with personal care, monitoring vital signs, and documenting care in an electronic medical record system. The schedule includes 56 hours bi-weekly, day shifts, and rotating weekends and holidays. Full benefits are available, including medical, dental, and education scholarships.

Qualifications:

• Active on MN Nursing Assistant registry by start date.
• Preferred experience with diverse and geriatric populations.
• Strong communication skills and customer service experience are advantageous.
