Role Overview:
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides medical services to incarcerated patients, ensuring compliance with policies and state guidelines. Responsibilities include conducting exams, maintaining documentation, and responding to emergencies.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and advanced NP degree.
- Preferred experience in medical/surgical, emergency, or corrections settings.
- Current NP licensure and CPR certification required.
