Beacon Inpatient in Bunkie is seeking Full-Time Registered Nurses for 12-hour Night shifts, offering competitive pay rates, shift differentials, and up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The facility is part of a leading behavioral health program in Louisiana, providing inpatient and intensive outpatient services for emotional and mental disorders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Charge Nurse duties, supervising LPNs, CNAs, and Mental Health Technicians.
  • Collaborating on treatment programs and individual care plans.
  • Assisting with medication management and team support.
  • Participating in performance improvement initiatives.

    • Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse Licensure in the state.
  • Degree in nursing with psychiatric focus.
  • Minimum 2 years nursing experience, including 1 year in mental health.
  • Basic Life Support and non-violent crisis intervention certifications required.
