Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Identify and address resident care needs.
• Resolve or report resident issues.
• Monitor, record, and document resident conditions and care services.
• Manage workloads effectively.
• Adhere to care regulations and standards.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Exhibit compassion and strong communication skills.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven nursing experience.
• Licensure by the State of Indiana.
• BLS Certification (Required).
• LPN and Nursing License (Required).
