Job Summary:
Seeking a competent Nurse to provide both routine and complex care in a clinical setting, demonstrating independence and situational awareness. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process for patient care, addressing complex needs, administering treatments, and documenting care. The role requires effective communication, critical thinking, and the ability to manage patient flow and unit operations.

Core Competencies:

  • Utilizes the Nursing Process for patient assessment and care planning.
  • Facilitates patient throughput and discharge processes.
  • Oversees nursing unit operations and staffing needs.
  • Ensures safe practices and compliance with regulations.

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
  • Current RN License and BLS certification required.
  • Must complete orientation and competency validations.

    • Work Schedule: 7PM – 7AM, Full Time
