Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Compensation: Pay per visit, processed bi-weekly.
Shift Type: PRN/part-time, flexible.

Summary: Seeking a compassionate OT to provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes, assessing needs and formulating treatment plans. Collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team and physicians is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and help meet patient goals through quality care.
  • Develop treatment plans in consultation with the care team.
  • Administer treatments and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and document patient care.

    • Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of OT experience, preferably in acute care.
  • Active state licensure and current CPR certification required.
